I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to https://learn.arthurbrooks.com/login and click on "forgot password," and a reset link will be sent to you at that time. From there, you'll be able to create a new password and access your dashboard. Keep in mind that the password reset link will expire in 6 hours. If you are still having trouble, reach out to us below.
I can’t find my Happiness Scale results. Where do I go?
You can log in at https://learn.arthurbrooks.com/login and review your results in your dashboard. If you are having trouble accessing the results, please reach out to us below.
Can I retake the Happiness Scale?
The Happiness Scale is designed to be taken once to get a baseline understanding of your well-being. If you would like to take it again, you can with a different email address.
I can’t find the Art and Science of Happiness Workshop. Where do I go?
You can log in at https://learn.arthurbrooks.com/login and access the workshop from your dashboard.
How do I get a refund for one of the digital products?
Please reach out to us below for refunds on all non-Membership products. If you'd like to cancel your Membership, here are the steps to do so:
Step 1: Go to your account settings
Log in to your account, click your Avatar in the top right corner, and select Settings from the dropdown. Then click Billing.
Step 2: Cancel your subscription
Find the steps below based on how you pay:
Credit/Debit Card (Kajabi Payments or Stripe)
- On the Billing page, click the three dots [...] next to your subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
PayPal
- Click Cancel Subscription next to your PayPal subscription
- Follow the on-screen prompts, then click Continue to PayPal
- Log in to your PayPal account if prompted
- Select the merchant, click Cancel, then confirm by clicking Cancel Automatic Payments
Step 3: After cancellation
Once canceled, you'll keep access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle. You can check your cancellation date anytime under Billing Information in your account.

I'm getting an error/security message on my browser-what is causing this?
Here are a few steps you can take:
- Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome or Safari tend to work best)
- Make sure your WiFi network isn’t blocking the page (this can happen on some work or public networks)
- If you’re using any security extensions, you can try temporarily disabling them or adding the site as a safe/allowed page
